SHARE/GUIDE office bearers are elected during the Biennial AGM and serves a 2 year term. They are all volunteers from member organisations with the common passion and dedication to help IT users and organizations make better use of IT in their respective industries and businesses.

Nazrul Hisham
Chairman
En. Nazrul Hisham Abdul Hamid has been the Chairman of The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association since 8 March 2018. As Chairman, he heads the Management Council, that is the supreme authority of the Association responsible for the running of the Association.
En. Nazrul Hisham is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad. He has more than 25 years of experience helming various strategic and senior management roles, serving as Chief Business Operations Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer at Takaful Ikhlas Family Berhad.
En. Nazrul holds a Master in Business Administration from Mara University of Technology (UiTM) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance Engineering from University of Hull, United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM), having begun his career in audit, and has been a committee member of Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA) on several occasions.

Ms. Soo Mei Ling was elected as Secretary of The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association on 24 August 2020.
She is currently the CIO at HSBC Bank Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Noor Farini
Assistant Secretary
Noor Farini was elected as the Assistant Secretary of The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association on 24 August 2020.
She is currently with Bank Pertanian Malaysia (Agrobank).
Mohd Farris Khairudin
Treasurer
Mohd Farris Khairudin is currently with United Overseas Bank (“UOB”) as an Executive Director in the Technology and Operations Department (“T&O”). He has been with UOB for more than 7 years. He oversees the risk governance and assurance within T&O. He started his career in 1997 as an internal auditor in a local bank and later joined CIMB in 2002. Throughout his 23 years of professional career, he has held various key positions including Director of Internal Audit Department.
He is a Chartered Banker (CB), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) , Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Jamilah Jamaluddin
Assistant Treasurer
Jamilah is current a Project Manager at RHB Bank Berhad.
Aliff Firdaus Zakaria
Management Council Member
En. Aliff Firdaus Zakaria is a member of the SHARE/GUIDE Management Council.
He is a Senior Business Development Manager with Ektech Communications. He leads and builds business position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. With more than 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, he currently manages major and key accounts for the company.
Prior to joining the business field, he was a Network Specialist Engineer where he gained the knowledge of technical and operations skills. Aliff Firdaus graduated from Multimedia University Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering majoring in Telecommunications.
Anwer Yusoff

En. Anwer is currently Head of Department, Cyber Security Industry Engagement & Collaboration, Cyber Security Malaysia.
Azman Zakaria
Management Council Member
En. Azman is currently a General Manager, ICT Division at Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
Chang Kok Khoon
Management Council Member
Mr. Chang is currently Product Manager – Regional at Silverlake.
He has more than 27 years of experience in the IT industry, working with all the IBM Platform hardware from System 24 up to the latest models available today. He has been with Silverlake since 1994.
Terry Yap
Honorary Auditor (1) 2021
Mr. Terry Yap was elected as an Honorary Auditor for The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association on 16 March 2021 and will serve a 1 year term.
He is currently Head, IT at RHB Insurance Berhad.
Azmy Selamat
Honorary Auditor (2) 2021
En. Azmy was elected as an Honorary Auditor for The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association on 16 March 2021 for a 1 year term.
He is currently a Senior Manager at Dewansite Computer Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Ravi Kumar
Immediate Past Chairman
Mr. Ravi Kumar was formerly with Employees Provident Fund.
Woo Yuen Seng
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Woo Yuen Seng, PJK, is the CEO of The SHARE/GUIDE IT Users Association.
He is responsible for the day-to-day administration functions of the Association.
