With the recent official launch of ITIL 4 Foundation on 28 February, 2019, SHARE/GUIDE in collaboration with REETUS Training & Consulting, organised a Workshop on 19th March, 2019 to brief interested members on what is new in ITIL 4 that will enable IT professionals to support their organization on their journey to digital transformation and support world-class digital services.
