The 2nd PERTUBUHAN PENGGUNA IT (IT USERS ASSOCIATION) Annual General Meeting was conducted on 22nd February, 2019 at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
A total of 21 voting members together with 13 other Share/Guide member (non-voting) representatives attended the AGM, forming a quorum.
During the AGM, 2 new Resolutions pertaining to change of address and acceptance of the public to attend SHARE/GUIDE events subject to payments were adopted and approved at the AGM.

In addition, 2 new Honorary Auditors were elected to serve for a one-year term in 2019. The 2 elected Honorary Auditors are as follows:
Honorary Auditor 1 : Mr. Ashok Kumar Ramavath (Avows technologies Sdn. Bhd.)
Honorary Auditor 2 : Mr. Eric Au Yong Chee Keong (Genting Malaysia Berhad)
